Dream So Much & Grainworks Studio Present: PROJECT TO SURFACE

Hosted by Dream So Much & Grainworks Studio, PROJECT TO SURFACE exhibition is a collaboration between five visual artists and an architect in rendering their visual concepts into three-dimensional objects through the use of cutting edge architecture software, fabrication tools and techniques. Opening on tomorrow on June 28th and runs for two months, the artists include David Diao, Kenji Hirata, KAWS, Tomokazu Matsuyama (f.k.a. Matzu-MTP) and Leah Raintree, along with architect and founder of Grainworks Studio Ben Krone and specialized fabricator Associated Fabrication, to create five large-scale sculptural panels. The exhibit will be held at the retail space of m127, newly built residential development here in New York, with additional exhibit up on the penthouse level. Opening reception will include live music from DJ Alex from Tokyo.
